This is a special introductory workshop where we will be working with a serving board of your choice. Choose from our large selection of live edge woods, serving board with handle or round walnut wood board. (All boards are approximately 18-24" in size).

Can I have a private class or book this workshop for a private group?

Yes, absolutely! We would love to help you create a custom product during a private class or offer a private group event for you. This is a great option for bridal showers, birthdays, or team building events. Please reach out to us at info@popuppainters.ca for more information and pricing.

Are there any age limitations?

Our epoxy resin workshops are geared towards adult guests (18 years of age or older). We use a non-toxic epoxy resin that conforms to safety standards, ensuring your health and well-being however it is still a chemical. We also use specialized tools throughout the workshop that could pose a safety risk to younger guests. To participate in a workshop for an attendee who is under the age of 18, please contact us. We will allow teenagers 16+ y.o. with adult supervision and signing a waiver.

Will my project be ready to bring home right after the workshop?

Epoxy resin takes approximately 24 hours to 36 hours to cure and harden depending on the project. Once the resin has hardened, your charcuterie board will be sanded to a beautiful finish, coated with a food-safe beeswax for protection and rubber feet can be added if requested. Most projects are completed within 2 to 3 business days. We will contact you via email when your order is ready for pickup. Delivery may be available depending on your location.

What about safety equipment or clothing recommendations?

N-95 masks, aprons and gloves will be provided for your use during the workshop. We recommend wearing older, tighter fitting clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty and long hair should be tied back. No open-toed shoes.

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately in order to attend this event, attendees must have the ability to navigate stairs as the studio is not currently wheelchair accessible.

Can I cancel if my plan changes?

* Cancellation with a full refund – more than 7 days before the workshop starts.

* 3–6 days before the workshop, you can receive a 100% credit that can be used for any events at face value.

* 24-48 hours before the workshop, you will get 50% credit.

* No credits if canceled less than 3 hours before the event.
