Pop Up Painters Events, 2021
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. We require a minimum of 7 days notice should you wish to change the date of your event. Less than one weeks notice will result in the loss of your deposit. For outdoor events, during the Covid-19 precautions only, we will allow up to 24 hours notice to reschedule your event to an alternate date.
Pop Up Painters will touch base with you 5 - 7 days prior to your event to find out the maximum number of painters you are expecting. Your event balance will reflect this number, regardless of no shows. Please note that your balance can be paid in cash or through an e-transfer sent to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than the day of the event.
Pop Up Painters, the artistic instructors, assistants or creative director will not be held liable (jointly or severally) to you for personal injury or any incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages resulting from loss, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the service. Under no circumstance shall Pop Up Painters, the Artistic Instructors, Assistants or Creative Director's total liability to you for any damages or losses arising from the service exceed the maximum amount of the event price that is booked.
